How We Handle Your Data

BuySnapchat needs very little from you to fill an order. Here is all of it.
From you
Your email address at checkout, the public profile or video link you give for a growth order, and the messages you send support. We never ask for the login of a Snapchat account you already own.
From your orders
The listing or service, the quantity, the amount paid, the lines we delivered (username, password, email and mailbox access, any 2FA key or backup codes), the delivery service an order was placed with and its progress, and the payment confirmation. Full card and wallet details never reach us.
From your browser
Request logs: IP address, browser type and time. They help keep the site running and catch abuse.
Purposes
Filling and delivering orders, answering support, replacing accounts under warranty, blocking fraudulent payments, and keeping the records tax rules require.
Sharing
A growth order's link and quantity go to the delivery service that fills it. Payment, hosting and email providers get only what their part of the job needs. Nothing is sold to advertisers or brokers.
Cookies
Only the cookies needed for signing in, the cart and checkout security. No advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting
Delivered lines are held until the warranty on that order has run out; payment records for the period the law sets; logs only briefly. Write to support@buysnapchat.com from your order email, or use the Contact page, to see, correct or erase your data.
